I had an amazing outdoor photo adventure with Exposing 40 when I last visited. It was so much fun, I can’t wait to do it again! Anyone who reads her blog can see she is a master of outdoor photo adventures! That being said, solo naked nature photography is so incredibly far out of my comfort zone! Honestly, I admire everyone who does these naked nature adventures on their own so much! Molly is the queen and I know Missy also makes gorgeous outdoor photos.
For me, the entire thing was so nerve wracking. Maybe it’s only fun when I’m with someone? Maybe I just need more practice :).
In any case, I just kept clicking the remote shutter as I bounded into place and as I hustled back to my clothes. I did manage to accidentally capture a few interesting photos, so maybe now that I’ve got this first adventure under my belt, I’ll be open to more. But phew! It felt like jumping off a high dive.
Also, what do you all do about mosquitos? I ventured out on the first day, but they were swarming so thick, I knew any attempts at nakedness would just be like a neon “all you can eat buffet” sign to the little suckers. I had to retreat and slather on the bug spray before a second attempt the next day.

Mosquitoes were the first to appreciate the joy of meeting you in nature.
