This is from one of my favorite photo shoots ever. I used a version of this, but as a gif, in The Pen, and The Ink is a still photo with more writing. This would be a fun one to take further, with a partner, there could be writing in more places than I can reach myself and I think that would be fun. There’s something very erotic about the old-fashioned, sharp-tipped pen, I think.

I like the sense of movement created by the running ink on an otherwise still composition, and the way the pen and its shadow create an arrow with their “V” that draws the eye to that movement.
