For the September prompt of “Black and White”. Which, if you scroll through my blog, is right up my street. I was looking through old posts as I thought maybe I had been here when we used this prompt in 2014. It turns out I was, but it was my very first Sinful Sunday post and I didn’t understand about prompt weeks yet. However, I later shot the header image you see on that post, which fit the brief and which I still use as my Twitter avatar. (I still don’t really understand header images. The blog is long overdue for a refresh.)
Anyway, I love a good flashlight in a dark room image. 🙂

I set up at night with all the lights off in my room, then held a little LED flashlight in my right hand and I had the camera (my phone) in my left hand and just tried to get the angle right. I know it doesn’t take the best resolution photos, but I tend to use the selfie side of the camera so I can see what I’m aiming at.
