Against the stars
This started as an attempt to do some sort of night landscape against my new comforter, constellations on a navy background. This is one of the first few photos I took. As usual with photos like these (that show my rolls) I was uncomfortable, but then I forced myself to stick with it and kept coming back to this one. There’s something about the repeating shapes and the contrast that I love. Even after all these years of doing Sinful Sunday, I’m still learning to find the shapes that highlight this aspect of my body sexy, but I am starting to see them as beautiful and that’s something important too.

It can be hard to accept what we see as faults in our appearance, but I find that we are often too hard ourselves. What others see is usually much more positive. I’m glad you stuck with this one. The “rolls” look as hills amongst the stars. Curves and softness against a celestial backdrop.
