On most days, if you asked me what my favorite season was, I’d immediately answer Fall. I love the crisp air and the blue skies and the warm clothes. But on days like today, when the sun is warm but not hot, when I can smell my neighbor’s mulberry tree and there are still a few lilacs blooming on the warm breeze, when any opportunity to meet friends for a drink means only going to bars with patios, when everyone you see is smiling because winter has finally set us all free, on these days, my answer is unequivocally going to be SPRING!
One of my favorite things about warm weather is hanging laundry on the line. It always makes me think of my mother and grandmother and the clothes lines in their back yards. Spring turns a chore I normally hate into one that I revel in.
It’s Sinful Sunday, click the kiss.
